Together, we will work to provide you with the best possible opportunity to purchase or sell or lease your home. In a market that seems to be changing as much as the mortgage interest rates, having two agents on your side means you will benefit from our combined experience of the most up to date market information, the highest level of customer service, and one team working 200% for you.
Jeremey grew up in Seattle and the Puget Sound area and has always had interest in architecture and the housing industry. At the young age of twenty-one, Jeremey purchase his first fixer home and sold it a few years ago with a generous return on investment. Having lived in many Seattle neighborhoods, he has the vast experience working in several markets whether you are selling your first home or downsizing to encourage a more active lifestyle. With Windermere since 2002, Jeremey has the expertise you need and the knowledge you require to make sure every aspect of your transaction runs smoothly.
Born and raised in Bellevue, Cassie received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Seattle University. Her extensive background in Advertising and Marketing instilled in her a priority for building long-term relationships with her clients. She first became interested in Real Estate when she purchased her first home at the age of 26. Having lived in Boston, Paris and now back in Seattle, Cassie has built and extended network of resources to share with you. And if that isn't enough, she also holds the secret family recipe to her Grandfather's famous martini.
Jeremey and Cassie have been very fortunate to receive such tremendous support from their peers and the community. In return they make it a priority to give back. In addition to supporting the Windermere Foundation with each transaction, they are actively involved volunteers in the CASA organization, Junior League and the Maple Leaf Community Council. They also support several non-profit organizations in our area including the Thomas C. Wales Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Seattle Works, Treehouse, Habitat for Humanity, The Seattle Aquarium, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Children's Home, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and Pratt Fine Arts Center.
