I have been helping clients buy and sell houses all over Seattle since 2000. I have thorough knowledge of all Seattle neighborhoods and frequently work on the Eastside and north of town I currently own property in Wallingford, Ballard and the Central District which gives me intimate knowledge of those neighborhoods and has given me first hand experience with house problems and how to solve them.

My goal is to make sure my clients get the best access to the housing marketplace possible, and the best access to the information needed to make intelligent financial decisions. As an agent I spend my energy providing education to my clients about the market and the process, I make myself available so that opportunities are not missed and rely on my experience in marketing and negotiating to make sure my clients’ needs are fully met.

In 2000 I started the CoHo Team of Windermere Agents. The idea was simple, tie my own success in real estate to fund raising for non-profit agencies doing work in housing and community development. To do this, I commit to donating 1/3 of my commission checks. To date I have donated over $80,000 to organizations including Neighborhood house, Downtown Emergency Services, Friends of Youth, El Centro de la Raza and many others. The CoHo Team now has 3 fulltime members.

As first-time home buyers, we wanted to work with someone we could trust, and our CoHo Team agent proved to be exactly that.
