My entire post graduate career has focused around real estate in the Seattle area. For twelve of these years, I've been a real estate agent and associate broker; for another 20+ years, I've served as a mortgage lender in both residential and commercial real estate. This has uniquely prepared me to understand clients' needs and abilities as they seek a real estate transaction. Undergraduate studies in Economics, Business Administration, and Math prepared me for understanding the ins and outs of Real Estate in the Northwest and in peoples’ lives. My MBA from the Harvard Business School consolidated my previous work and educational experiences. In summary, my entire work focus has been on real estate and providing my clients the best experience possible.
We've lived both North and South of the Ship Canal, the last 31 years in Seward Park, raising our two sons there. While I am most comfortable working in neighborhoods with which I am familiar, I also work in other areas, cooperatively sharing the work with a local Windermere specialist that I select from a particular local office. That's one of the best things about working with Windermere. The level of cooperation, consistent training and professionalism is unsurpassed in the industry.
While folks often say the three most important things in real estate are Location, Location, and Location, I firmly believe that the three most important things in Real Estate Sales are Service, Service, and Service. Whether you are buying or selling a home, the thing you want most is First Class Service, provided as if the agent, himself, was the customer. It is my goal to provide this First Class Service for each of my clients to ensure them an awesome experience!
